the hotel staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, ensuring a speedy check-in process. the German suite we were upgraded to was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the variety of food at the hotel restaurant was impressive, catering to guests from different countries. the service provided by the staff, particularly Ashan at the cashier, was exceptional. We also received top-notch customer service from Dilshan, Supun, Sajith, Kalii, and Dinesh. the location of the hotel is beautiful, adding to the overall charm of our visit. We can't wait to come back!
Nothing to mention. 👍.

The location here was amazing, just a short walk to a beautiful riverside beach, and the breakfast was exceptional with delicious food options like toast and cereal.

Beach, pool, breakfast.
There was no mini bar in the room, no shops nearby, nothing at all). Old rooms, lots of scuffs, hard 4* but not 5 stars.

The rooms were neat and airy and included a balcony, a separate lounge, and a hair dryer etc. The hotel was next to the beach and right next to a riverside beach. You could walk to gift shops and a local store.
All was good.

The setting is particularly good, right by the black market, with a nice big garden and the sea is absolutely wonderful. the rooms are newly remodelled and functional, with an amazing view of the brilliant seascape of clashing waves on giant rocks.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The food was wonderful with a great variety. The beach and pool were fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The staff were incredibly loving and incredible. I want to commend them for their excellent service. I even plan to have my honeymoon in this lovely hotel and keep my same room, Room 316. I highly recommend this hotel.
There were some small inconveniences during my stay. The air conditioning in my room was not working and it took some time for it to be fixed.
